Our ethos is to provide a platform for emerging artists, and we are recognised as a welcoming venue where performers can experiment and develop their craft.

‘SPRING HAS SPRUNG’ MINI FOLK FESTIVAL
To coincide with the change of the seasons, we proudly present “Spring has Sprung: A Miniature Folk Festival” celebrating some of Adelaide’s local folk artists, including debut performances and seasoned artists alike. This festival promises a range of acts, from solo acts to full bands, from uplifting sing-alongs to existential ballads. Dress up in your favourite spring-themed outfit and settle in for a night of music, drinks and friends.

Laugh Lab Open Mics – Monday Nights at Rhino Room
Adelaide’s premier open mic comedy night! Watch a mix of established and new comedians trying out new material at the Laugh Lab! Each week we hand-pick some of the best local comedians, with open mic spots drawn on the night. With new material and fresh faces, you’re guaranteed to see something new each week! Doors/open mic sign-up 7pm, 7.30pm start.

The Comedy night made for education workers, parents and their friends and family. When you’re in the teaching industry, if you don’t laugh you’ll cry so come and cry with laughter!
Daniel Delby comes to The Rhino Room straight from Britains Got Talent for the first time with his sell-out hit show, Teacher Comedy Night.
H34VEN ON 34RTH – RIPT II
In this second volume of RIPT, we are blessed with a headline DJ set by Blood of Aza and a plethora of experimental artists, including live sets from Three Mothers, Lonelyspeck and MFG, DJ sets from ALIX and ASPECT, and the debut of THIRD FORM.
Blood of Aza is a dynamic DJ and music producer whose emotionally intense and resilient productions have made a significant impact on the electronic music scene. Known for blending dark, atmospheric sounds with the noisiest pop-edits and disturbing post-internet tracks, Blood of Aza has become a key figure in the current SoundCloud underground.
The UK-based artist first gained prominence by releasing remixes of pop and rap idols, quickly catching the attention of the global music community. Even iconic figures like Aphex Twin have featured her tracks in their sets, further solidifying her reputation as a groundbreaking artist.
Blood of Aza’s DJ sets are a sonic journey, seamlessly weaving together everything from soothing MIDI lullabies and speaker-blowing club edits to hell-raising ambient soundscapes. Her music is an exploration of the darker, more introspective side of electronic music, offering a blissful yet challenging experience for listeners who crave more than just the ordinary.
As she continues to rise in the global scene, Blood of Aza is redefining the boundaries of what electronic music can be.
In RIPT II expect a medley of electronic textures all flipped on their head as pop, metal, club music and FM synthesis are all reworked by our menagerie of talent.
